Eligibility snapshot
Who can use the program?
The program is intended for lighting retrofits in existing Ontario buildings and facilities.
Eligible facilities
Existing commercial, agricultural, industrial, institutional and multi-unit residential buildings and facilities in Ontario.
Retrofit projects only
The program is for replacing less-efficient lighting in existing buildings, not soon-to-be-built or newly constructed facilities.
No double-dipping
Lighting products that already received another Save on Energy incentive are not eligible for an additional Instant Discounts Program discount.
Installation timing
Eligible measures must be installed at the end-use customer facility within 90 days of the purchase date.
